These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, downloads, and use of Assist Pro products, services, and website. By using our software or accessing our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions

“Assist Pro”, “we”, “us” refers to Creatorly (Pty) Ltd.

“User”, “you” refers to any person or company that buys, downloads, installs, or uses our products.

“Software” means any Assist Pro digital product, Excel add-ins, licenses, or tools.

“Website” refers to assist-pro.co.za or any related pages.
2. Use of the Software
You’re granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Assist Pro software.
You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or resell the software

Modify the software or reverse-engineer the code

Share license keys or activation files

Use the software in ways that violate South African law or cause harm
Licenses are provided per user unless otherwise agreed.
3. License Activation
Activation requires:

A valid purchase

A working email address

Acceptance of these terms
You’re responsible for keeping your license key secure. Lost or shared keys may be disabled.
Enterprise or group licenses follow the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
4. Payments
All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
Prices may change from time to time. Any price changes apply to future purchases, not existing licenses.
If a payment fails or is reversed, the corresponding license may be suspended.
5. Updates and Improvements
Assist Pro regularly releases updates, improvements, and bug fixes.
We aim to provide stable and reliable updates, but we don’t guarantee that:

All updates will work on every device or Excel version

Features will remain unchanged forever
Some updates may require a newer version of Excel or Windows.

We provide:

Installation help

Activation assistance

Bug troubleshooting

General product guidance
Support does not include custom VBA development unless agreed separately.
7. Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

You encountered a problem we cannot resolve, or

The product does not perform as advertised
Refunds are not given for:

Change of mind

Incorrect purchases

Failure to meet system requirements when those requirements were clearly stated
Once refunded, the license is deactivated.
8. Digital Products
Since Assist Pro tools are digital products:

Delivery happens immediately after payment

You’re responsible for downloading and installing the product

Lost installations can be restored by contacting support
We are not responsible for issues caused by:

Damaged Excel installations

Windows corruption
-
Interference from other add-ins or software
9. Fair Use & Restrictions
To protect our business and other customers, you agree that you will not:

Share the installer publicly

Distribute cracked or modified versions

Attempt to bypass licensing systems

Misuse tools in ways that violate company policies, laws, or audit standards
Violations may result in license termination.
10. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:

Use our content (text, images, branding) without permission
We make reasonable efforts to maintain website uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
Assist Pro is designed to improve productivity, but results may vary depending on your data, environment, and usage.
We are not liable for:

Data loss

Errors caused by incorrect formulas, human input, or misuse
Use of the software is at your own risk.
12. Backups
Before using Assist Pro tools on important Excel files, you accept that:

You are responsible for creating backups

We are not responsible for damage caused by user mistakes or incompatible files
Tools that modify or clean data should always be tested on a copy first.
13. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate your license if:

You violate these terms

You engage in fraud, piracy, or misuse

Payment disputes occur
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
14. Privacy
Your privacy is protected according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your information.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes will fall under South African jurisdiction.
